The Bonner Milltown area is a collection of neighborhoods, old and new. The cleanup, restoration, and redevelopment of the Clark Fork and Blackfoot rivers and their confluence and the shut down and subsequent sale of the mill has brought unprecedented change to this once stable community in the span of a decade. Several West Riverside residents are meeting as a Housing Subcommittee with the Community Council Land Use Committee and associates representing Scott Cooney to consider potential dwelling styles for the West Log Yard. The group will report to the Council in the coming months.
Designs for dwellings and developments are being discussed with representatives of Scott Cooney as the community anticipates a new development in the West Log Yard.
