The Bonner Milltown area is a collection of neighborhoods, old and new. The cleanup, restoration, and redevelopment of the Clark Fork and Blackfoot rivers and their confluence and the shut down and subsequent sale of the mill has brought unprecedented change to this once stable community in the span of a decade.
Change can be unsettling, but it offers tremendous potential as well. These stories chronicle events as they are unfolding.

Residents Ponder Housing Possibilities

Several West Riverside residents are meeting as a Housing Subcommittee with the Community Council Land Use Committee and associates representing Scott Cooney to consider potential dwelling styles for the West Log Yard. The group will report to the Council in the coming months.

A beautiful October afternoon beckons us to go outside, but on Sunday, Oct. 19, approximately 75 folks made their way into the Lion's Den, at the Hellgate Lions Park to visit with Scott Cooney about development possibilities for the West Log Yard in West Riverside.
