Panel includes: 2 members of the mayor’s task force-- Jim Foley, UM Exec Vice President – Overview of Task Force charge;   Robert Rowe, President & CEO, Northwestern Energy –Building a more Sustainable Utility. and  providing suggestions to the task force --Kaia Peterson, MT Community Development Corporation, Richard Barrett, UM emeritus professor of economics & coauthor of Cowboy Economics.
