Linda White

Linda White “It is my goal and dream for every household to use homemade glycerin soap.  Whether they make it or buy it, I would like to see chemical free cosmetics and cleaners in all homes to promote health.”

The Healthy Soap Company loves Valentine’s Day.   Hearts, hearts and more hearts.  For all those people who want a Valentine’s basket that is not chocolate calories or flowers that die, these Valentine Soap Baskets are wonderful gifts for moms, daughters, and lovers everywhere.

Healthy Soap Company makes healthy natural soap in amazing designer molds that make every bathroom look and smell great without compromising the benefits of the soap on your skin.

Linda White has been making and teaching soap making for about 18 years.  As a retired Social Worker with the Department of Public Health and Human Services, Child Protective Services, soap making became the hobby that easily helped Linda forget her stressful work and love life.

Linda makes natural homemade herbal soap to sell, but also provides basic and advanced soap making classes in her little soap factory at home.  Linda would like to help each homemaker to develop a philosophy of natural cosmetics.

Outside the White home is a garden to  grow the herbs for her  soap. She uses olive oil, coconut oil and palm oil as her base oils with essential oils for scenting.  It is Linda’s belief that ‘synthetic detergents’ cause very dry skin and even eczema or other skin problems. Most soap on the market is not really soap, it’s chemicals that cause dry skin and blemishes.  Large manufacturers use sulfates and foaming agents to mimic soap and the ‘liquid soaps’ that are so popular are only synthetic chemicals.  The main one is Sodium Laurel Sulfate, which is an excellent degreaser, but who wants to degrease their own skin?

The skin is our largest organ, and soap from The Healthy Soap Company feeds the skin with nourishing ingredients to rebalance the natural Ph of the skin and therefore, getting rid of  dry, oily, or blemished skin!
